Proposed Updates to the Kentucky Chapter By-Laws

The executive board is proposing changes to the chapter by-laws. The full proposed document can be found here:

The updates include rebalancing the executive board duties, aligning executive board titles with NBMBAA headquarters, adding staggered terms and including financial commitment for the executive board, and providing more description on the duties of the advisory board.
