KY Leaders of TomorrowKentucky Leaders of Tomorrow® Showcase Their Talents

Thank you to those who were able to attend/support the 2nd Annual Leaders of Tomorrow® Case Competition this past Tuesday evening. If you were unable to attend, you missed an awesome treat. We had a total of 6 students split into 2 groups and present their strategic recommendations for Fitbit’s growth and sustainability over the next 5 years. Additionally, local judges from organizations like Fastenal, LG&E KU, and Humana provided expert questions and feedback for improvements. The students will use this feedback to make enhancements to the presentation for the LOT® National Case Competition next month. Also as part of the program, 3 students were presented with Kentucky Leaders of Tomorrow® scholarships for their college education.

We are so proud of these students, and are happy to announce that enough money was raised on Tuesday evening to cover the cost of the 3rd Annual Local Case Competition in May 2018. Thank you to everyone who contributed, especially the event sponsor Metro United Way and the Campaign for Black Male Achievement.

If you did not get a chance to attend, but would still like to be engaged with the students please consider making a donation via or attending the Kentucky Leaders of Tomorrow® BBQ Fundraiser on June 17th. Tickets for the barbeque can be purchased at

Thank you to everyone who made this event happen, and for helping the Kentucky Chapter make progress on our mission to increase the intellectual and economic wealth of African Americans in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
