The mission of the National Black MBA Association® – Kentucky Chapter is to lead in the creation of educational, wealth building, and growth opportunities for Black Leaders in the Commonwealth of Kentucky throughout their careers as students, entrepreneurs and professionals.

Vision

Empowering Black professionals intellectually and economically to create a world where diversity and inclusion are universal.

The National Black MBA Association® was conceived in 1970 at the University of Chicago to help black professionals coming into the corporate sector share experiences and insights to help make the journey easier. By nurturing these new professionals, the organization helped early members navigate and succeed in unfamiliar and frequently challenging environments. It is those professionals who have risen up and reached back to bring up the next generation of Black professionals through providing coaching, guidance and mentoring.

The National Black MBA Association® – Louisville Chapter (dba National Black MBA Association® – Kentucky Chapter) is an independent 501(c)(3) charitable organization that brings the national vision and mission to the Commonwealth of Kentucky
