The mission of the National Black MBA Association Kentucky Chapter is to lead in the creation of educational, wealth-building, and career advancement opportunities for Black leaders across the Commonwealth of Kentucky. This mission supports individuals throughout their journeys as students, entrepreneurs, and professionals.

Membership
The Kentucky Chapter proudly maintains approximately 40 active members, including professionals, college students, and Leaders of Tomorrow® students. The chapter supports students by providing mentorship, exposure, and skill-building opportunities that prepare them to excel as future leaders.
Partnerships
Through our longstanding corporate partnerships, the chapter connects members with leading companies, opening doors to employment, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
Programming
Each year, the chapter hosts events and sessions that deliver professional development, networking, and community engagement. Kentucky LOT members have also represented the chapter in seven national business case competitions and leadership summits, showcasing their talent and strengthening the chapter’s presence on the national stage.
Recognition
The chapter has been honored as Tier 2 Chapter of the Year in both 2019 and 2021, a distinction that reflects its excellence in programming, member engagement, and community impact.
We were also recently recognized by NBMBAA as a Tier 2 Channel Award for our Lifestyle and Wellness Events.
Scholarships
The chapter has awarded 30 scholarships of $1,000 each, providing a total of $30,000 in direct financial support to students pursuing higher education.
