Camile White, MBA, President

Camille White, MBA, serves as President of the National Black MBA Association Kentucky Chapter. She brings more than twenty years of experience in the financial services industry, currently supporting the Wealth Management Team and the Senior Vice President for Investment Bonds at First Kentucky Securities. Her career began at Hilliard Lyons Wealth Management, where she spent nineteen years advancing into leadership roles, including Branch Analyst. Camille also served as an Adjunct Professor at Simmons College of Kentucky, teaching courses in Entrepreneurship and Business Finance. 

A graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University, Camille has held multiple board and financial leadership roles in the Louisville community. These include service with New Life Seventh Day Adventist Church and the Louisville Urban League Young Professionals. A former competitive figure skater of thirty years, Camille now holds professional coaching credentials from the United States Figure Skating Association and the Ice-Skating Institute. She credits her faith as the foundation of her leadership, guided by the words of Jeremiah, chapter twenty-nine, verses eleven through thirteen.

Ron Baker, MBA, Vice President of Finance

Ron Baker serves as Vice President of Finance for the National Black MBA Association Kentucky Chapter. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Ron relocated to Kentucky in the year twenty sixteen. His passion for finance began in high school through participation in the Finance Academy, where he developed a foundation in budgeting, investing, and financial literacy. He went on to study at Hanover College, where he joined the Business Scholars Program and completed a summer internship at MainSource Bank’s headquarters. Ron later earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis. 

In addition to his professional experience, Ron has demonstrated a strong commitment to community service and youth development. He has volunteered with the Center for Leadership Development as a college facilitator, guiding high school students in building college and career readiness skills. Ron also supported Junior Achievement by teaching elementary students essential financial literacy concepts. He currently works at Hilliard Lyons in the Operations department, where he supports daily functions across multiple branches. Ron is passionate about empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools to make informed financial decisions throughout life.

Aariona Neal, MBA, Vice President of Kentucky Leaders of Tomorrow®

Aariona Neal is an Outreach and Engagement Strategist with a proven record of leading community-based initiatives, expanding youth programming, and representing mission-driven organizations on local and national stages. She currently serves as Vice President of the Leaders of Tomorrow program for the National Black MBA Association Kentucky Chapter, where she leads strategy, student programming, and alumni engagement efforts across the Commonwealth. 

As a Kentucky Colonel and current Master of Business Administration candidate specializing in Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise, Aariona brings a results-driven, people-centered approach to her work. She has spearheaded outreach campaigns that increased student participation by over four hundred percent and built the chapter’s alumni programming from the ground up. Aariona is also the founder of abiglook Marketing Group and holds certifications in Digital Marketing, Project Management, and Basic Life Skills. 

In 2024, Aariona represented the Kentucky LOT® program at the Forty-Sixth Annual Conference and Career Expo, where she shared her personal story of transformation through the program and inspired a national audience of more than two thousand attendees. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to equity, purpose, and excellence in all areas of community development and youth empowerment.

Chlise Robinson, Ed.D, Vice President of Operations

Chlise earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration, and a Doctor of Education in Leadership, all from Spalding University. She has been an active member of the Kentucky Chapter for five years and remains engaged as a dedicated volunteer with the Leaders of Tomorrow program. Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys traveling and giving back through community service. Chlise is also the proud mother of twenty-four-year-old twin sons, Micah and Joshua.

Anthyun Mask, MBA, Vice President of Membership

Anthyun Mask, Master of Business Administration, serves as Vice President of Membership for the National Black MBA Association Kentucky Chapter. A native of Louisville, Kentucky, he is the Senior Informaticist at Humana Military, where he plays a key role in supporting the medical readiness of United States armed forces servicemembers. Anthyun brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare analytics and previously spent twelve years in the finance and sales industry, where he held various leadership roles in management and business development. His core strengths include process improvement, strategic analytics, and cross-functional consulting. 

Committed to service and community development, Anthyun has contributed to numerous volunteer initiatives. These include serving on the Humana Inclusion and Diversity Council, leading the Associate Engagement Team for Actuary, Data, and Analytics, and mentoring students through the Waggener High School Information Technology Academy and Junior Achievement of Kentucky. Outside of his corporate and civic work, he leads a real estate company focused on affordable housing in West Louisville and provides consulting services to small businesses. Anthyun holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and enjoys spending his time outdoors, participating in sports, and being with family.

Domonique Churchill, MBA, Vice President of Marketing

Domonique Churchill, Master of Business Administration, serves as Vice President of Marketing for the National Black MBA Association Kentucky Chapter. She is a technology leader, software engineer, and consultant with a deep commitment to innovation, inclusion, and strategic communication. A former Chapter President, Domonique continues to champion initiatives that amplify the voices and achievements of Black professionals and entrepreneurs. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Bellarmine University and brings an energetic, mission-driven mindset to her leadership and outreach efforts. 

As Chief Executive Officer of Divine Purpose, Domonique inspires underrepresented communities to pursue careers in technology by sharing her own non-traditional path into the industry. She thrives within the Salesforce ecosystem, building custom Lightning Web Components and exploring the impact of generative artificial intelligence. Known for her passion for networking and mentorship, she actively supports others in leveraging technology as a tool for progress. Her work bridges the gap between innovation and equity, redefining what leadership in marketing and tech can look like.

Qiana Bradley, Vice President of Records

Qiana serves as Vice President of Records for the National Black MBA Association Kentucky Chapter. She brings more than twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a specialized focus on the Medicaid sector. Qiana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University and a certification in Organizational Design for Digital Transformation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management. She is recognized for her leadership in enhancing consumer experiences, driving organizational change, and supporting cross-team collaboration and digital transformation initiatives. 

Qiana is equally passionate about giving back to the community. She is committed to supporting youth development and fostering growth through mentorship and engagement. Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, she enjoys sports, community involvement, and spending quality time with friends and family.
