Alexandria Abell-Jones, President

Alexandria Abell-Jones is a Louisville native, finance professional, and community leader currently serving as a Vice President and Commercial Banking Relationship Manager with PNC Bank. She is a graduate of Shawnee High School and earned her degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Global Management from Wilmington University. She is currently pursuing her Master of Professional Studies (MPS) at Tennessee State University, further strengthening her leadership and strategic expertise.

Alexandria has received numerous accolades for her leadership and impact, including being named the Kentucky Chamber’s first-ever Young Professional of the Year and a Louisville Business First 40 Under 40 honoree, along with earning the Corporate Honored Volunteer Award for her dedication to community service. She is also a Kentucky Colonel, the Commonwealth’s highest civilian honor, recognizing her significant contributions to the state.

Her commitment to community is reflected through her service as a former Treasurer for the Louisville Urban League Young Professionals and a former board member of the Chestnut Street YMCA. She currently serves as a board member and finance committee member for AMPED, where she helps guide financial strategy and organizational growth.

Alexandria is married with three children and enjoys traveling, fashion, and music. She continues to lead with purpose, using her expertise and passion to make a lasting impact in her community.

Camile White, MBA, Immediate Past President

Camille White, MBA, serves as Immediate Past President of the National Black MBA Association Kentucky Chapter. She brings more than twenty years of experience in the financial services industry, currently supporting the Wealth Management Team and the Senior Vice President for Investment Bonds at First Kentucky Securities. Her career began at Hilliard Lyons Wealth Management, where she spent nineteen years advancing into leadership roles, including Branch Analyst. Camille also served as an Adjunct Professor at Simmons College of Kentucky, teaching courses in Entrepreneurship and Business Finance. 

A graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University, Camille has held multiple board and financial leadership roles in the Louisville community. These include service with New Life Seventh Day Adventist Church and the Louisville Urban League Young Professionals. A former competitive figure skater of thirty years, Camille now holds professional coaching credentials from the United States Figure Skating Association and the Ice-Skating Institute. She credits her faith as the foundation of her leadership, guided by the words of Jeremiah, chapter twenty-nine, verses eleven through thirteen.

Ron Baker, MBA, Vice President of Finance

Ron Baker serves as Vice President of Finance for the National Black MBA Association Kentucky Chapter. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Ron relocated to Kentucky in the year twenty sixteen. His passion for finance began in high school through participation in the Finance Academy, where he developed a foundation in budgeting, investing, and financial literacy. He went on to study at Hanover College, where he joined the Business Scholars Program and completed a summer internship at MainSource Bank’s headquarters. Ron later earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis. 

In addition to his professional experience, Ron has demonstrated a strong commitment to community service and youth development. He has volunteered with the Center for Leadership Development as a college facilitator, guiding high school students in building college and career readiness skills. Ron also supported Junior Achievement by teaching elementary students essential financial literacy concepts. He currently works at Hilliard Lyons in the Operations department, where he supports daily functions across multiple branches. Ron is passionate about empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools to make informed financial decisions throughout life.

Lauren Muir, LPCC-S, Vice President of Kentucky Leaders of Tomorrow®

Lauren Muir, LPCC-S, is a nationally recognized mental health leader, entrepreneur, and strategic consultant based in Louisville, Kentucky. She is Co-Founder of Martin & Muir Counseling, where she has led the development of innovative, community-based mental health services for over a decade, expanding access and improving outcomes for underserved populations.

Lauren is also the Founder of Silver Linings Strategies, a consulting firm that partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, workforce wellness, and community impact. She is a Partner at One Touch NIL Group, where she serves as Head of Mental Performance and Athlete Development, building a national model that integrates mental performance, identity development, and leadership training for athletes navigating high-pressure environments.

Her work is rooted in building systems that work—bridging gaps between clinical care, community organizations, and leadership pipelines. She is a founding member of the West Louisville Behavioral Health Collective and Co-Founder of MindFEST, a large-scale mental health festival that mobilizes over 1,000 community members annually around prevention, access, and culturally responsive care.

Lauren’s leadership spans both state and national platforms. She has served as President of the Kentucky Counseling Association and currently serves on the Kentucky Board of Licensed Professional Counselors. She was named a 2026 Healthy Communities Fellow through the Aspen Global Innovators Group and selected as the inaugural recipient of the Lola Adedokun Aspen–Doris Duke Award, recognizing leaders advancing community-driven solutions in health and equity.

A results-driven leader, Lauren is committed to developing the next generation of professionals by creating pathways for mentorship, leadership development, and economic mobility—aligning her work with organizations like NABA that are focused on strengthening the pipeline of diverse talent in business and leadership.

Chlise Robinson, Ed.D, Vice President of Operations

Chlise earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration, and a Doctor of Education in Leadership, all from Spalding University. She has been an active member of the Kentucky Chapter for six years and remains engaged as a dedicated volunteer with the Leaders of Tomorrow program. Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys traveling and giving back through community service. Chlise is also the proud mother of twenty-five-year-old twin sons, Micah and Joshua.

Anthyun Mask, MBA, Vice President of Membership

Anthyun Mask, Master of Business Administration, serves as Vice President of Membership for the National Black MBA Association Kentucky Chapter. A native of Louisville, Kentucky, he is the Senior Informaticist at Humana Military, where he plays a key role in supporting the medical readiness of United States armed forces servicemembers. Anthyun brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare analytics and previously spent twelve years in the finance and sales industry, where he held various leadership roles in management and business development. His core strengths include process improvement, strategic analytics, and cross-functional consulting. 

Committed to service and community development, Anthyun has contributed to numerous volunteer initiatives. These include serving on the Humana Inclusion and Diversity Council, leading the Associate Engagement Team for Actuary, Data, and Analytics, and mentoring students through the Waggener High School Information Technology Academy and Junior Achievement of Kentucky. Outside of his corporate and civic work, he leads a real estate company focused on affordable housing in West Louisville and provides consulting services to small businesses. Anthyun holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and enjoys spending his time outdoors, participating in sports, and being with family.

Domonique Churchill, MBA, Vice President of Marketing

Domonique Churchill, Master of Business Administration, serves as Vice President of Marketing for the National Black MBA Association Kentucky Chapter. She is a technology leader, software engineer, and consultant with a deep commitment to innovation, inclusion, and strategic communication. A former Chapter President, Domonique continues to champion initiatives that amplify the voices and achievements of Black professionals and entrepreneurs. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Bellarmine University and brings an energetic, mission-driven mindset to her leadership and outreach efforts. 

As Chief Executive Officer of Divine Purpose, Domonique inspires underrepresented communities to pursue careers in technology by sharing her own non-traditional path into the industry. She thrives within the Salesforce ecosystem, building custom Lightning Web Components and exploring the impact of generative artificial intelligence. Known for her passion for networking and mentorship, she actively supports others in leveraging technology as a tool for progress. Her work bridges the gap between innovation and equity, redefining what leadership in marketing and tech can look like.
