Organizational Overview
Founded in 1970 at the University of Chicago, the National Black MBA Association was established to support Black professionals entering the corporate sector by fostering a network for shared experiences, mentorship, and professional growth. These early leaders set the foundation for future generations by reaching back to coach, guide, and uplift others through the power of community and access.
The National Black MBA Association Kentucky Chapter, originally established as the Louisville Chapter, is an independent 501(c)(3) charitable organization. The Chapter proudly brings the national vision and mission to life throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
