National LOT® Summit

Each year, high school students from across the country come together for the National Black MBA Association Leaders of Tomorrow® Leadership Summit. This multi-day experience provides students with advanced leadership training, college and career readiness workshops, and valuable opportunities to network with peers, professionals, and mentors from across the nation. 

The centerpiece of the Summit is the National Business Case Competition, where students apply critical thinking, research, and presentation skills to solve a real-world business challenge. Working in teams, participants analyze an MBA-level case study, develop strategic recommendations, and present their solutions before a panel of 

business professionals. This competition cultivates high-level problem-solving, collaboration, and executive communication skills that prepare students to lead in academic and professional settings.
