Aariona Neal, MBA, Vice President LOT® Program

Aariona Neal is an Outreach and Engagement Strategist with a proven record of leading community-based initiatives, expanding youth programming, and representing mission-driven organizations on local and national stages. She currently serves as Vice President of the Leaders of Tomorrow program for the National Black MBA Association Kentucky Chapter, where she leads strategy, student programming, and alumni engagement efforts across the Commonwealth. 

As a Kentucky Colonel and current Master of Business Administration candidate specializing in Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise, Aariona brings a results-driven, people-centered approach to her work. She has spearheaded outreach campaigns that increased student participation by over four hundred percent and built the chapter’s alumni programming from the ground up. Aariona is also the founder of Abiglook Marketing Group and holds certifications in Digital Marketing, Project Management, and Basic Life Skills. 

In 2024, Aariona represented the Kentucky LOT® program at the Forty-Sixth Annual Conference and Career Expo, where she shared her personal story of transformation through the program and inspired a national audience of more than two thousand attendees. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to equity, purpose, and excellence in all areas of community development and youth empowerment.

Aaliyah Stevenson, MBA, Program Coordinator, LOT® Program

Aaliyah Stevenson serves as Program Coordinator for the Leaders of Tomorrow® program within the National Black MBA Association Kentucky Chapter. A proud Kentucky native, Central High School graduate, and University of Kentucky alumna, Aaliyah is also an alum of the Kentucky LOT® program. Her lived experience fuels her passion for youth mentorship, professional development, and the advancement of future Black leaders. 

With a background in healthcare and business, Aaliyah brings a strong foundation in education, coordination, and community engagement. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at Louisiana State University, where she continues to deepen her expertise in leadership and strategic planning. Through her work with the Kentucky Chapter, Aaliyah is committed to building pathways of excellence, service, and empowerment for the next generation.

Carrington Brents, MBA, Alumni Director, LOT® Program

Carrington Brents is a proud alumna of the Kentucky Leaders of Tomorrow® program and currently serves as Alumni Director for the Kentucky Chapter. A graduate of Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University with a degree in Psychology, she is now pursuing her Master of Social Work at the University of Louisville. Carrington is deeply passionate about youth development, mentorship, and meaningful community engagement. 

Her commitment to leadership and service was first cultivated through her experience as a student in the LOT® program. Today, she leads alumni engagement efforts, coordinates impactful programming, and works closely with the chapter to inspire and support the next generation of leaders. Outside of her work with LOT®, Carrington serves in the education sector and runs her own creative business, Carrington’s Crafts, specializing in custom designs and personalized gifts. She is dedicated to ensuring that every student in the Kentucky LOT® community feels seen, supported, and empowered to lead with purpose.

Alyssia Jones, MBA, Human Resources Director, LOT® Program

Alyssia Jones serves as the Human Resources Director for the Leaders of Tomorrow® program within the National Black MBA Association Kentucky Chapter. She is also a Project Manager at KentuckianaWorks, bringing over fifteen years of experience in workforce development, innovation, and client-focused programming. Her work centers on creating strategic solutions that empower individuals and communities while advancing personal and professional growth. 

Throughout her career, Alyssia has led high-impact initiatives across education and workforce sectors, including the successful design and launch of Pre-Employment Transition Services in multiple Kentucky counties. Her efforts have supported students with Individualized Education Programs and 504 plans, while fostering collaboration among schools, families, and community partners. A proud Kentucky Colonel, Alyssia is known for her commitment to equity, her strength in stakeholder engagement, and her dedication to preparing future leaders for success.

Bryan Barnett, MBA, Student Engagement Director, LOT® Program

Bryan Barnett serves as the Student Engagement Director for the Leaders of Tomorrow® program within the National Black MBA Association Kentucky Chapter. With a strong commitment to youth development and community impact, Bryan brings passion and purpose to his role, where he leads initiatives that increase student participation, foster mentorship, and build leadership capacity among high school scholars across the Commonwealth. 

He holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Phoenix and currently works as a College and Career Coach with the Kentucky Education and Labor Cabinet’s Everybody Counts program. Bryan is a proud Kentucky Colonel and an active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated. Through both his professional and civic service, he remains dedicated to preparing the next generation of Black leaders for lifelong success.

Anelia Malone, MBA, Marketing Director, LOT® Program

Anelia Malone serves as the Marketing Director for the Leaders of Tomorrow® program within the National Black MBA Association Kentucky Chapter. In this role, she leads strategic communications, digital outreach, and brand development initiatives that help elevate the visibility and impact of the program across the Commonwealth. 

Anelia is an accomplished accounting professional, currently serving as an Accounting Supervisor at Louisville Water Company. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Louisville. Recognized in the Louisville Business First People on the Move series, Anelia is known for her commitment to leadership, excellence, and community engagement. Through her work with the Kentucky LOT® program, she uses her skills in marketing and operations to support youth development and inspire the next generation of Black leaders.
