Program Overview
The Kentucky Leaders of Tomorrow program is a mentorship-based leadership development initiative designed for high school students in grades nine through twelve. Since its launch, Kentucky LOT® has empowered students across the Commonwealth with the tools, mindset, and mentorship needed to succeed in higher education, professional careers, and community leadership.
This nationally recognized program is part of the National Black MBA Association’s commitment to preparing the next generation of Black leaders. Kentucky LOT® follows a structured model that blends interactive learning, real-world experiences, and supportive guidance from professionals across industries.

Leadership Development
Students are introduced to essential leadership principles and provided with opportunities to practice and refine their skills in real-world settings.
